How does the Moving Help Center platform work?Local movers list their services, rates, and availability on our platform, which connects them to our advanced booking system. Clients can book a team online and pay the movers directly on moving day. Some movers provide 'labor only' services, while others include a moving truck or trailer. Each listing specifies whether it is labor-only or includes a truck/trailer. If you have any questions, call us at 800-721-5740 for assistance.

How can I book a moving team?To book a moving team, click the 'Book Now' button on the mover's profile, select a day and time, and complete the booking online. You will need to pay a small deposit to secure your team, with the remaining balance due on moving day.

How can I contact my movers?After booking a team online, we will process your reservation and email you the team's contact information.

Will someone contact me?You may contact your team by phone on the number that is sent to your email after booking. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Movers may take up to 24 hours to call after you have booked them online.

How do I pay for services?You book a team online by placing a small deposit with a major credit card. Pay the remaining balance to your team after your move is complete. Cash on location or other payment methods may be used. Contact your local team in advance to discuss payment options.

What's your cancellation policy?Free Cancellation for 48 hours! Cancel your reservation within 48 hours of booking and get your deposit back 100%. After that, get 50% of your deposit back on cancellation. Cancel with less than 24 hours till your scheduled appointment and lose your deposit. Free cancellation for 48 hours does not apply to same or next day service reservations. Last-minute reservations that result in a cancellation will be charged 50% of the deposit placed.
